The Pawleys Island Tavern, or "PIT" for short, is a restaraunt and bar in the lowcountry of South Carolina.
We serve lunch and dinner daily from Tuesday until Sunday. For lunch, we offer $5.95 "Blue Plate" Specials. Dinner features our Chef’s culinary delights inspired by seasonal ingredients. The Pawleys Island Tavern sports a lowcountry, family-friendly atmosphere firmly embedded in local style.
The PIT has items on its menu for any kind of taste, from steak to seafood. We also offer home-made desserts and a full bar that includes local brews by New South Brewing Company and Firefly Vodkas.
The Pawleys Island Tavern is closed on Monday.
For the businessperson out to dinner or you folks just trying to keep in touch, we are Wi-Fi capable.

Weather permitting, the out-front Tiki Bar kicks off the weekend early, opening at 4:00 PM on Thursdays.
The PIT will be closed Sunday, July 4th, 2010 to participate in the Pawleys Island Fourth of July Parade. Come see us and cheer on your favorite bar/restaurant! We'll reopen on Monday, July 5th at 11 AM!
